These Terms of Sale ("Terms") govern the purchase of digital products ("Products") from fedDSP Ltd ("fedDSP", "we", or "us"). Please read these Terms carefully before placing an order.
1. Merchant of Record
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.
- Payment & Invoicing: When you purchase a product from our website, the transaction is processed by Lemon Squeezy. They are the "seller" of record for tax purposes.
- Taxes: Lemon Squeezy is responsible for collecting and remitting any applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST based on your location. The price you see at checkout will include these taxes where required.
- Customer Service: While fedDSP provides all technical support for the software, billing or payment disputes may be handled in conjunction with Lemon Squeezy.
2. Order Process & Delivery
- Digital Delivery: All products are delivered digitally. Plug-ins and amp software are supplied with licence details and download access after purchase. Paid Sample and IR packs are accessed through your fedDSP account using the same email address used at checkout.
- Instant Access: By completing the purchase and requesting immediate access to the digital content, you acknowledge that you gain access to the software immediately.
3. Refunds and Your Consumer Rights
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Because our products are digital content, the following applies.
- Your Statutory Rights: Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts rights you cannot lawfully waive as a consumer, including under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015. If digital content is faulty or not as described, you may be entitled to a repair or replacement, a price reduction or a refund where the law provides. A corrected build, download or licence may be an appropriate remedy.
- Cancellation Period and Immediate Supply: Where a statutory cancellation period applies, supply during that period begins only with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you lose the right to cancel once supply begins. This confirmation is provided in a form you can keep. Purchasing alone, or accepting the EULA, does not replace these requirements.
- Change of Mind: Once supply has begun following that consent, acknowledgement and confirmation, there is no voluntary refund for a change of mind, except where we expressly agree otherwise. This does not affect your statutory remedies or Lemon Squeezy's obligations and policies as Merchant of Record.
- Effect of a Refund: A refund covering a licence may end your right to use the associated software. You must then stop using it and remove the relevant authorisation and copies, subject to applicable law.
4. Licence Transfers and Sales
Purchases grant a personal, non-transferable Licence to the named buyer. You may not sell, gift, sublicense, assign or otherwise transfer a licence without fedDSP's prior written approval. Transfer requests must be sent to info@feddsp.com before any transfer and must follow our licence-administration process. This does not restrict any transfer right that mandatory law gives you. Please refer to the EULA for full details.
5. Disputes & Chargebacks
If you have an issue with a purchase, please contact support@feddsp.com first. We are here to help.
Please note that if a transaction is disputed with your bank or payment provider (a "chargeback") and the funds are returned, your right to use the associated licence may end, as set out in the EULA. A genuine payment dispute or the lawful exercise of your consumer rights is not, by itself, treated as fraud.
